Innoquous 3 is a platform game in which you can use arrows scattered around levels to manipulate in which direction gravity is pointing. The game uses a smooth mechanic to rotate the view accordingly, making the game seem fluent.

There are 30 brand-new levels in the game, which can be played in one of three game modes - Standard (normal), Conditional (a certain objective must be completed for the level to be passed), and Fiery Floors (where some of the ground has been lethalised, increasing the difficulty). Once unlocked, levels can be returned to as many times as you like thanks to an easy to use level select mechanism.

On top of those, there are two speedrun modes. INQS 30 is a speedrun of all 30 of Innoquous 3's levels. INQS 60 is a speedrun of all three Innoquous games in one go. Fastest times are recorded for you when you save your progress, as well as numerous other statistics, some useful, others less so.

There are also ten trophies to collect for meeting certain game objectives, such as the 100% Completion award. These are displayed on a page in the menu.

The menu itself is designed to be easy to use and as little hassle as possible. Use left or right to switch between items, and click/hover over buttons to interact with them.

On top of all this, on the About You page (where various game stats are displayed) there are two buttons - Sync and Register. Thanks to Unknown Gamer, you can upload your stats online. The Innoquous 3 website (3.ly/inqs3) will then let you browse the achievements of other users' stats, see ranking tables, etc (at time of writing the website is still a WIP, however, this will not affect any stats you upload - they're safe and sound).

One more thing - the game is more of a platformer than a puzzle.

I really liked the idea with the changing gravity, but the level design needed more work. Most of the levels felt repetetive, and only annoyed me. Also, the jumping height seems to vary, because there was one level I could't complete because jumping caused me to hit the cogs above, and walking hit the cogs below, and there was nowhere else to go (It was right at the start of about level 27 or 28)
Most of the levels seemed to involve:
1) Being moved by the arrows without control
2) Having no clue which way to move until you've already died once
3) Having to jump from the exact position to avoid dying

And those are things which are only going to annoy the player.
I gave it 7/10 because I really liked the idea, and I still found the game as a whole fun.

Very fun, I got to 29 before I gave up.

I completed the standard mode with 643 deaths. Some levels was too frustrating to call the game fun but I loved the music though.

The game was very good except that it's way too difficult.

I really enjoyed this game. The quality is very good, and the gameplay is pretty polished. There were some annoying parts but overall a very fun and challenging game. 9/10.

I loved the game, it was unique, fun, and challenging. However, some of the level designs were annoying (darn you WHEEEEEEE!, I forget what number that level name was assigned to). But other then that, it was a top notch high quality game!
